Track Construction
The Oil & Gas Ridley Island Terminal project in Prince Rupert, BC, valued at $7,500,000, involved the construction of 30,200 track feet of wood tie track. The project included the installation of 4 #8 turnouts and 12 #10 turnouts, as well as 600 track feet of wood plank road crossings. Grounding and bonding work was completed, and 5 bumping posts along with 2 double switchpoint derails were installed to enhance the terminal’s operational safety and efficiency.
